About the client
The client is a large corporate that runs health and wellness programmes for its workforce. We don't name it publicly.
What needed fixing
Running a fitness challenge across thousands of employees and many departments is hard to do fairly by hand. People use different devices, some have no watch at all, and spreadsheets of self-reported steps invite disputes.
HR needed one place to enrol employees, track progress automatically and show live standings that keep people coming back.

Challenges and daily goals
HR sets up challenges with dates and daily step goals. Employees see their progress and history each day.
Automatic step sync
Steps sync from Apple Watch, Android and Google watches and similar devices, or from the phone itself for people without a watch.
Leaderboards
Rankings for today, this week, this month and the whole challenge, for individuals and for departments.
Social feed
Employees post updates, like and comment, which keeps the challenge visible between leaderboard checks.
Admin for HR
Organisation management, bulk employee import and export by CSV, departments and challenge settings in one admin panel.
Easy sign-in
Magic-link login, so employees join from an email without creating another password.
