Question 1 of 11Data & systems

Where does most of your day-to-day business data live?

How it works

Five areas decide whether AI sticks

Most AI projects in growing businesses stall for ordinary reasons: the data is spread across chats and sheets, nobody owns the project, or the team never gets trained on its own work. The scorecard checks each of these, so you can fix the gap before spending on software.

About the scorecard

What is an AI readiness assessment?

An AI readiness assessment checks whether a business has the data, processes, skills, ownership and budget to use AI successfully. This scorecard rates you on those five areas and suggests which workflow to automate first.

How is the AI readiness score calculated?

Each of the ten scored questions is worth 0 to 3 points, and the total is converted to a score out of 100. Below 40 is 'Getting started', 40 to 69 is 'Ready to pilot' and 70 or above is 'Ready to scale'.

Is the AI readiness scorecard free?

Yes. The scorecard is free and your result appears on screen straight away. You only share your email if you want the full report sent to you.

What should a business do after a low AI readiness score?

Start with one well-defined task that takes the most hours, and get the data for it into one system. A small, measured pilot teaches more than a large AI plan.

Who is this scorecard for?

It's built for Indian companies of roughly 50 to 500 employees, such as manufacturers, distributors, retailers, healthcare companies and service businesses, but any business can use it.
