These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Joistic Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") at joistic.com and our AI, product, and design services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the website and services

You agree to use the Services lawfully and without infringing the rights of others.
You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or scan them for vulnerabilities.
Client engagements
Specific engagements — scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and ownership of work product — are governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement, not by these Terms. Where our own site copy states that clients retain full ownership of code and infrastructure we build for them, that commitment is honored in the engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and design — is owned by Joistic Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Joistic Technologies is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is capped at the amounts paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to the services and these terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
