Japa app allows you to post task you need completed or you can bid on how much you will complete a posted task for.

1) User post a task they need completed on Japa App.
2) An alert is sent to all users in a 20 mile radius of the new posted task.
3) Users then bid on how much they will complete posted task for.
4) Task poster awards Task to which ever user they like.
